By accessing and using purushottam.dev and its services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

purushottam.dev provides the following services:

• Custom software development
• Web development and design
• Mobile application development
• Server setup and deployment
• Automation and AI solutions
• ERP and CRM development

All services are provided on a project-by-project basis with specific terms outlined in individual service agreements.

Payment terms for services are as follows:

• 50% upfront payment for project initiation
• 25% upon project milestone completion
• 25% upon project delivery and acceptance
• All payments are due within 15 days of invoice
• Late payments may incur additional fees

We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and other agreed-upon methods.

Project terms and conditions include:

• Project scope and deliverables are defined in individual agreements
• Timeline estimates are provided in good faith but may vary
• Client feedback and approval processes are outlined per project
• Revisions and changes may affect project timeline and cost
• Intellectual property rights are transferred upon final payment

Intellectual property rights are governed as follows:

• Custom code and designs become client property upon final payment
• Third-party libraries and frameworks retain their original licenses
• Portfolio rights allow us to showcase completed work
• Client retains ownership of their content and branding
• We retain rights to reusable components and frameworks

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Client business information and trade secrets
• Project specifications and requirements
• Financial and payment information
• Client data and user information
• Any other confidential materials shared during projects

Confidentiality obligations continue beyond project completion.

Our liability is limited as follows:

• Total liability limited to the amount paid for services
• No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• No liability for third-party services or integrations
• Force majeure events are excluded from liability
• Client agrees to reasonable use and testing of deliverables

Either party may terminate services with written notice:

• 30 days written notice for ongoing projects
• Immediate termination for material breach
• Client responsible for payment of work completed
• Intellectual property transfer upon final payment
• Confidentiality obligations continue after termination

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between parties
• Mediation if direct negotiation fails
• Arbitration as a final resolution method
• Jurisdiction in the courts of India
